FAQs

On certain occasions we can negotiate rental rates, but it’s largely determined by the season and how much demand exists for a property.

In the event of a cancellation, we require written notice prior to your arrival date. If the property is able to be re-rented for the same period, we’ll refund the money you’ve paid towards it minus a 20% cancellation process fee. If the property is re-rented for a portion of the time, we’ll prorate your portion of the paid rent and refund that amount minus the 20% cancellation fee. If the property is unable to be re-rented during that period, we will not offer a refund.

Many of our rental properties are indeed pet-friendly! Any pets you intend to travel with must be discussed before you book your stay. If pets are allowed in the property you’re renting, you’ll be required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and you will be responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

We require a minimum of three nights to book any property. Properties may be booked for stays as long as seven months.

Yes. You’ll sign your rental agreement at confirmation once you’ve paid the security deposit.

For reservations of a month or less, we require the total amount due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. For reservations longer than a month, we require the first month’s rent paid no later than 45 days prior to your arrival. For each following month, we’ll bill rent plus tax.

After you’ve booked your reservation, we’ll collect the security deposit and send you the rental agreement to sign. As you get closer to arrival, we’ll reach out to provide directions, check-in instructions, and to collect any additional payments that may be needed. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your arrival, feel free to reach out to us.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

Our team takes over the renting process for you completely, ensuring you don’t have to invest the time or effort in advertising your home, fielding interested clients, or negotiating rates. We also administer any needs our renters may have, like maintenance requests, so you don’t have to.

We try to make the process as easy as possible! One of our agents will visit your home and conduct an inspection to determine its condition. After the assessment, we’ll let you know which improvements you should pursue to maximize your property’s rental appeal. Once those have been made, you’ll be ready to list your home for rent!

We primarily rent single-family houses, condominiums, and town homes.

We make suggested rental rates based on the local market and comparable rental properties in the area, though we will take into consideration any specific pricing requests you have.

We typically disburse funds within 15 days of receiving rent payments from our guests. We offer direct deposit for valid checking accounts.

In addition to being listed on our website, your property will appear on any of the major sites that pull from the MLS (multiple listing services). This includes Zillow, Realtor.com, and more. Your home may also be featured in blog posts that appear on our website.
