I live in Jacksonville, however, my condo was flooded and I had to move out. I found Las Brisas Condos. This unit is lovely. Beautifully furnished, with a queen bedroom looking out to the ocean, and the other has twin beds either for children, or adults. It far surpassed my expectations. Waking up to gorgeous sunrises every morning, and sitting on the balcony having coffee is the way to go for you morning persons! For me, I loved sitting on the balcony at night and just listening to the waves of the ocean . The grounds are kept clean, and there is a beautiful pool to relax in also. Great feature is the underneath garage space for one car. It's perfect especially when it's raining or so incredibly hot or chilly. There is no fitness center, but being able to walk the beach was great exercise! I watched surfing lessons, weddings on the beach, beach baptisms, and every Sunday night a praise and worship band right in front of the condo. This is a great place for a vacation or long term rental! The Watson agent, Andrea, was amazing, accommodating, and just an all around great person to work with!
